Neal Cameron

My name is Neal Cameron. I was born and raised in LaFayette, Georgia. I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. I enjoy riding my motorcycle and playing music. I have been in recovery for 2 years and 9 months. The defining moment that led me to getting the help I needed to find recovery, was losing my kids and my freedom. What keeps me grounded in my recovery and motivated to keep growing as a person is my family and my brothers in A.R.M., along with my freedom and the fact that I’m a better person than I’ve ever been. It also helps me in my recovery by helping others. What I would say to someone not yet in recovery, after 8 years of having been in active addiction, I would say it’s the best life I’ve ever lived and so much easier to live life on life’s terms when you’re clean.
